Jason is the founder of the real estate team Oahu Home Realty in Hawaii. He also leads a nationwide team focused on helping agents convert internet leads into closings. Over the past five years, Jason has developed proprietary systems to convert online leads at scale including a robust, AI-driven Inside Sales Team, AI-powered lead scoring tools as well as an AI-powered custom CRM.
Before entering the real estate world, Jason served as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army. Aside from selling real estate, Jason is also an avid real estate investor with a large portfolio of investment properties.
Erik is the technical lead behind Jason Subt’s team, and is licensed at REAL in New York. He holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude. Before real estate, he built AI systems for the U.S. Air Force and led automation at a top government contracting firm.
